LEARN MOREAs the cost of living rises, more and more people in Oxfordshire are struggling to afford the food they need.
Victoria and Nancy know what that’s like.
In the videos below, Victoria and Nancy share their experiences of accessing emergency food support in Oxfordshire. They also give their advice for people who are now finding themselves in a similar situation through the cost of living crisis, and share what they’d like people who have never experienced food insecurity to understand about what it’s like.
Nancy and Victoria have very different stories, but they share the same message for other people who might be struggling right now. “It is sometimes hard to step out and ask for help,” says Victoria. “But it's out there, and it can make a huge difference.”
