HSV3If you’re pregnant or have a child under 4, the Healthy Start scheme can help you buy basic foods like milk, fruit and vegetables. If you qualify for the scheme you’ll be sent vouchers you can use in over 30,000 shops in the UK (see resources below for Oxford area maps)

You can also get coupons to swap for free vitamins suitable for:

  • Pregnant & breastfeeding women
  • Children aged 6 months to 5 years old

To apply for Healthy Start Vouchers, you can either:

  • Fill in the form online, from the Healthy Start website, then print it off to check and sign
  • Ask your midwife or health visitor for a form
  • Call the Healthy Start helpline (03456 076823) to ask for a form to be sent by post
